Negroamaro (Vitis vinifera Negroamaro) is a black grape variety grown exclusively in Apulia, with a very dark berry color and a bitter taste of the wine, hence the origin of its name "Niuru Maru".
This wine is perfect in combination with typical traditional regional dishes such as "focaccia", "orecchiette con cime di rapa" or ragout, grilled meat, tasty and aged cheeses.
